Wednesday Evening: A Cinematic Start
Our meeting kicks off on Wednesday evening with a special outing to the Brand New Sphere in Las Vegas. Prepare to be mesmerized by “Postcard from Earth,” a unique movie experience that promises to be a visual feast. This is the perfect icebreaker and a chance to reconnect with fellow members in a relaxed setting. Please note you need to register if you’d like to attend the show, so please fill out the activity survey sent to all attendees.
Thursday Morning: Registration and Warm Welcomes
Thursday morning begins with registration, followed by a casual meet and greet over coffee and pastries generously sponsored by Dynadot. This is a great opportunity to mingle and set the tone for the exciting day ahead.
Thursday Daytime: Group Activities and Networking
The day continues with a variety of group activities. Whether you’re exploring the Mob Museum, hiking through the stunning Red Rock Canyon, or participating in the pickleball tournament, these activities are designed to facilitate networking while having fun together. It’s the perfect setting to strengthen old friendships and forge new ones.
Thursday Evening: Opening Dinner Reception
Conclude your day with a splendid opening dinner reception sponsored by SquadHelp and Hilco Digital. This evening is all about relaxation, good food, and great company.
Friday: Content, Awards, Remembrance and Reception
Friday is packed with content. We’ll start with an update on ICA’s recent activities and move into our Town Hall to discuss issues crucial to our members. After a delicious lunch sponsored by It.com, we’ll honor the recipient of the Lonnie Borck Memorial Award and hold a remembrance ceremony for Jason Sheppard, a cherished member who was with us at the last two member meetings and whom we lost too soon.
The afternoon will feature guru and discussion tables, followed by Q&A sessions with experts. The day will wrap up with an evening reception sponsored by GoDaddy, complete with drinks, food, and a captivating mentalist/magic show.
Saturday: Insightful Sessions and Farewell
Saturday morning begins with a broker breakfast, followed by an intriguing session titled “ICA and the Domain Industry Through the Years.”
Extended Stay: More Fun in Vegas
For those staying longer in Vegas, the fun doesn’t stop. While these dinner and show plans are self-organized and self-paid, they offer more chances to enjoy the city’s vibrant nightlife and continue networking in a more informal setting.
