Moderator: Todd Ryan
Todd Ryan is the Managing Director and Senior Paralegal of JJN Solutions Law, PLLC, where he works closely with Founder & CEO Jeffrey J. Neuman on business development, client strategy, firm operations, legal research, case management, and legal-support services.
Todd founded American Business Capital Corporation and ABC Productions in 1996 and still heads and operates these companies today. American Business Capital is a Registered Investment Advisor and a member of FINRA, GS1 and ICANN Business Constituency. ABC Productions is a SAG-AFTRA signatory production company. Todd is also a co-founder and Chief Executive of PayNow DAO LLC, a payment platform.
Todd is an active member of the domain-name industry and regularly participates as a speaker, moderator, and panelist at industry conferences, including NamesCon and the Internet Commerce Association Annual Meeting. He co-hosts two weekly podcasts, the Domain Name Law Show with Jeff Neuman and David Michaels, focusing on legal and policy issues affecting domain names and the DNX Show with Josh Reason, focusing on domain-name investing.
Vivek Goyal
Vivek Goyal is Co-Founder & COO of LdotR, a corporate domain management and online brand protection firm, which he co-founded in 2019. Active in the DNS since 2012, he has participated in both ICANN New gTLD rounds, with direct experience in the dotBrand space as an applicant and as an advisor to businesses pursuing their own TLDs.
He serves as a GNSO Councilor representing the Business Constituency and contributes to policy discussions around new gTLDs, DNS abuse, and issues affecting brands and registrants. His work combines practical experience in corporate domain strategy, brand protection, and DNS operations with a strong understanding of ICANN policy and implementation.
Jeff Neuman
Jeff Neuman has over 25 years of experience in the domain name industry across business, legal, and policy areas. He led Neustar’s domain name registry business, which was responsible for nearly $100M in revenue. Jeff spearheaded Neustar’s gTLD Program where he led their efforts to secure and implement more than 350 new brand and open gTLDs. Jeff has served on numerous ICANN committees, including chairing the Policy Development Process which culminated in the development of the Applicant Guidebook for the current 2026 Round of New gTLDs. He was appointed as a UDRP Panelist for The FORUM, and has decided nearly 100 cases so far. Jeff is the Founder and CEO of JJN Solutions, LLC., a consultancy focusing on legal and policy services related to online brand protection, domain name management, gTLD policy and operations, intellectual property licensing and enforcement.
Joe Alagna
Joe is the Chief Strategy Officer for it.com Domains LTD and a former Board Member of the Domain Name Association. Previously, he was the Director of Business Development at Afilias, one of the world’s largest private domain name registries. Prior to that, he was the V.P. of Channel Development for 101domain, specializing in international domain names (ccTLDs), global brand development, and the new generic Top Level Domains (gTLDs). He was GM, North American markets for London-based CentralNic from 2001 until 2013. CentralNic went public on the London Stock Exchange (AIM) in 2013.
In 2012, he helped to write over 60 successful new gTLD applications, including .xyz, .club, & .app. For 20 years, his specialty has been helping grow registries and ccTLDs. Joe enjoys writing. He’s written a memoir about his father, a decorated WWII veteran, called “One in Two Million.” On May 15th, 2025, with his co-author, Andrey Insarov, he will publish his second book, called “How to Get Your Own Top Level Domain.”
Joe has spoken at the Internet Corporation for Assigned Names & Numbers (ICANN), The Direct Marketing Association, The Domain Name Conference, Targeted Traffic, and several previous Namescon events. He has also taught online marketing for the SBA and several Small Business Development Centers in Southern California. Joe is an avid domain name enthusiast with first-hand experience in several realms of the industry, including registries, registrars, domainers, and resellers.
