ICA Counsel Philip Corwin has been invited to speak at an all-day conference being convened by ICANN’s Noncommercial Users Constituency (NCUC) on Friday, October 12th. Other panelists will include ICANN Board member Bertrand de la Chapelle.

New ICANN CEO Fadi Chehade will deliver keynote remarks at the conference in his first major address since assuming leadership of the organization last month.

Other speakers at the conference include:

  • ·         Fiona Alexander, US Dept. of Commerce
  • ·         Tarek Kamel, ICANN, Senior Advisor to the President – Government Affairs
