Core programming for the meeting runs Monday morning through Wednesday at 4:00 PM PST. We also host a Sunday evening kickoff event and Wednesday night karaoke, which are open to everyone via sign-up.
Most attendees choose to arrive Sunday afternoon and depart Thursday morning. If you need to arrive later or leave earlier, that’s completely fine — we understand schedules vary. Just keep in mind that the agenda is built around those core Monday–Wednesday sessions.
