Dear Internet Commerce Association Members,
I am preparing a newsletter for tomorrow, but this urgent requirement has come in today and I don’t want to wait. Furthermore, it is important enough to justify a separate email just to make sure that you don’t miss this request among other news.
Internet Commerce Association has applied to the ICANN Commercial and Business Users Constituency (BC). The credentials committee has requested a list of our members to determine whether ICA qualifies as a member of BC. It isn’t clear to me that we get member’s permission in the sign up process to disclose this information. I am asking each of you that will allow us to disclose your membership in ICA to reply and state that you give permission to publish your name or business name as members of ICA. We must act quickly to get an answer from the BC before the ICANN meeting in New Delhi.
I encourage all newsletter subscribers that are not currently members to join and then reply to me to be included in our membership list.
Thank you for your understanding for this special email request. Look for your regular newsletter tomorrow.
Best regards,
Michael Collins
